How AFIRE Works Without Fire

AFIRE has revolutionised fireplaces with advanced water vapor technology, delivering the beauty of real flames—without the risks of open fire, excess heat, or unpleasant odours. AFIRE works on just water and light, creating a safe, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy all the ambiance of a traditional fireplace, with none of the hassle or hazard.

Water vapor fireplace inserts are simple to install—no vents or chimneys needed—and are remote-controlled for convenience. They offer a safer, cleaner, and more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional fireplaces, with no harmful emissions.

Certified Safety and Smart Control

AFIRE fireplaces and ethanol burner inserts meet CE (Europe), FCC (USA), and IC (Canada) safety standards. Each unit features remote-controlled automatic ignition—via smartphone, remote, or built-in buttons—for ease of use. Advanced safety sensors are built in to automatically shut off the flames if any irregularities are detected, ensuring reliable and secure operation.

The AFIRE Process

  • Add Water

    Once the insert is installed, the show begins. Add tap water in one of three ways: connect to a tap water source, use the automatic filling function with the provided tubing, or manually add water by removing the top lid.

  • Ultrasonic Atomization

    The mist chamber houses an ultrasonic transducer, or "mist-maker." When powered on, water flows into the chamber, causing a ceramic disc to vibrate at hypersonic speeds, separating minerals and creating a web-like mist.

  • LED Illumination

    Grow it.

    The mist is pushed by fans from the chamber to the top, through the diffuser vent, and backlit by high-powered LED strips, creating our patented dancing water vapor flame effect.

  • Sit Back and Enjoy

    The result is a stunning, smokeless, and eco-friendly water vapor fireplace. Enjoy up to 20 hours on one fill or unlimited hours with a direct water line connection.
